I am an Occupational Therapist working across CAMHS, SEND, education, community and independent practice, with a particular focus on paediatrics. I support children and young people with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs and sensory processing differences, delivering functional and sensory assessments, therapeutic interventions, and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)-related assessments and recommendations.
Alongside my paediatric practice, I also work with adults with neurorehabilitation needs, supporting participation, independence and wellbeing across a range of settings.
I hold an MSc in Occupational Therapy from Oxford Brookes University and am currently undertaking postgraduate training in Sensory Integration at Sheffield Hallam University (Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner Pathway).
In addition to my clinical work, I volunteer as the Equity, Diversity and Belonging (EDB) Lead for the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) Children, Young People and Families Specialist Section, contributing to initiatives that promote inclusion, representation and equity within the profession.
My practice is person-centred, strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming, with a focus on enabling meaningful participation, independence and inclusion across the lifespan.
